Cisco
The HDS direct and channels sales force found Cisco products hard to remember and relatively hard to order in HDS’ system. 
Wrote the sales two-pager that described the overall sales strategy for two key new products AND included ordering instructions that made the products easy to order. The net benefit was increased Cisco sales revenues, particularly at end of quarter when minutes were precious.
