Partner Structure


Hitachi Data Systems (HDS)
HDS was suffering from putting around 80 partners into the “Strategic” category. By making the various partner types clear as well as providing levels of partnership, HDS was able to focus more on true strategic relationships as well as serve the majority of other partnerships more effectively due to programmatic rather than individual efforts.
